How We Work

We communicate.  A lot.  From the very beginning when formulating a proposal, we want to know exactly what it is you need.  During the process, as research and analyses are completed, we will interact with you to confirm that you’re getting what you need.  As we make recommendations and drive towards decisions regarding next steps, we ensure that your perspective and input is included.  It’s collaborative teamwork.  You’re the expert on the brand, the market, the therapy area: to not collaborate in this way would generate work product that doesn’t align with your expertise.

Collaborative teamwork entails the use of all the usual suspects: kick-off meetings, interim update meetings, one-on-one meetings, workshops, initial presentations, final presentations to different audiences (as required). While we have some opinions on what works best, your opinions on how to set up the schedule will be sought (remember, we’re collaborating).
